IC Care has the opportunity to employ a Casual Program Officer to facilitate the Social Support Groups. Does this sound like you? A fun and outgoing personality is what we are looking for.
Certificate IV in Aged, Disability or Community Services with a minimum of 2 years Aged Care Industry experience or equivalent?
Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2025?
A sound knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Program incorporating the Wellness and Reablement Approach and Consumer Directed Care?

Our Social Support Group had a lot of fun with their imagination during our Lego Grand Masters Day. Some very creative ladies!
Did you know LEGO activities have been shown to have significant benefits for people with dementia? They can improve cognitive function, enhance social interaction, reduce agitation, and provide a sense of accomplishment. WOW!
We have many clients we support and we'd love to be able to use LEGO in our group activities...AND our LEGO COLLECTION is growing thanks to your donations!!
If you have boxes of PRELOVED LEGO
You can drop them off to IC Care 65 Menangle Street Picton
or call us 02 4677 2524 and we'll arrange to pick up from anywhere in CAMDEN/WOLLONDILLY.
We think this could be a real positive especially for our Dementia clients and look forward to introducing LEGO days!
Can't wait to show off their Lego creations!
