IC Care is a community based inclusive and diverse employer. We are a not-for-profit organisation that provides the following services: Meals on Wheels, Social Support Individual, Social Support Group, Transport and NDIS services to the communities of Wollondilly and Camden.
IC Care has the opportunity to employ a Kitchen Assistant Cook to work in our production kitchen at Picton. The successful applicant will be responsible for cooking meals for our Social Groups and Meals on Wheels clients while working within a team.
Key Selection Criteria:
• Understanding of the needs of older people who are aged or have a disability and their carers
• Qualifications or demonstrated experience in meal preparation and catering in the aged care or disability sector.
• Ability to work as part of the team.
• Basic record keeping skills and audit documentation recording.
