Welcome to “Waves of Release”, a workshop I am pleased to share for Lovefest NYE at Castle Mountain in Wisemans Ferry.

As we gather in community, we stand at the enchanting crossroads of the old and the new—an opportunity to reflect, release, and renew ourselves as we welcome the dawn of a new year.

This sober, New Year’s Festival invites us to harness the powerful energy of the growing Full Moon in Cancer, a time that encourages us to connect with our emotions, nurture our inner selves, and strengthen our ties to family and community.

In the heart of Capricorn season, known for its ambition and practicality, we are being called to set intentions that are not only ambitious but also grounded in reality.

The Capricorn influence invites us to focus on our goals and the steps needed to achieve them, while the nurturing energy of Cancer reminds us to be compassionate and caring towards ourselves and others during this transformative period.

Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, emotional release and intention-setting, combining the illuminating, nurturing energy of Cancer with the steadfastness of Capricorn.

Together, we will create a space of reflection and inspiration, allowing each participant to embrace their potential and manifest their dreams for the year ahead.

Join a gorgeous community for my favourite sober festival , showcasing a plethora of workshops, entertainment and stalls sure to nurture, nourish and inspire all ages.

2 or 4 Nights camping on the river at Castle Mountain in Wiseman’s Ferry.

I will be sharing a New Years Ritual- Waves of Release on the 30th as the light grows towards the Full Moon in Cancer.

Honouring what was, releasing what no longer needs to be held and setting some sweet intentions for the new year.

You are warmly invited to join us by the fire, on the mats for Term 2 of Yin Yoga, Breath work,Sound Healing & Guided Meditation.

Term 2 runs for 8 weeks from the 6th of May to the 24th of June. Tuesday evenings 7pm in Picton.

Yin Yoga draws upon the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Meditation,it is a floor based practice of gentle,long held postures,supported by bolsters & blankets.
We remember how to use our own bodies to cultivate & nourish the flow of our life force energy.
This practice activates the bodies parasympathetic nervous system to turn on your own natural healing state.
Yin Yoga is perfect for soothing anxiety & pain,enhancing performance recovery,flexibility & so much more.

These classes are lovingly weaved with traditional & scientifically proven wisdom & practices that nourish the mind,body & soul on every level,you will learn how to nurture your physical,mental,emotional & spiritual bodies both on & off the mat.

With a passion for & working understanding of anatomy & physiology & a background in neuroscience nursing,I am passionate about guiding my clients back into the wisdom of their bodies,the natural seasons & cycles & empowering each individual to be the most peace filled,pain free & functional version of themselves.
