It is with sadness that I have to inform all my beautiful people that the Townsville Karmness Centre is now permanently closed.

Due to expensive lease issues and Covid closures it no longer makes sense to operate in person when I am reaching far more people online. I have not made this decision lightly but those of you close to me know that I am in the process of fulfilling my dream of opening a Retreat Centre on the Sunshine Coast and it is with this in mind that I am moving forward.

I want to say thank you and send out radiating love to all of you who have supported this space from the beginning. ❤️❤️❤️

Over the next three weeks the Centre will be packed up and cleaned and excess items sold off so if there is anything special here that touched your heart please message me and let me know as it may be available to purchase or be gifted 🌸

I will be continuing with online classes which I have not as yet offered to Townsville people but will put up links in a months time once I continue with them. The page will not close for this reason.

Once again thank you for all your love and support. 🥰🥰🥰 The little beacon of light that I was able to provide with this beautiful space to everyone here will soon be a large floodlight online and on the Sunshine Coast so stay tuned…

In Ancient Greece, Socrates had a great reputation of wisdom. One day, someone came to find the great philosopher and said to him:
- Do you know what I just heard about your friend?
- A moment, replied Socrates. Before you tell me, I would like to test you through the three sieves.
- The three sieves?
- Yes, continued Socrates. Before telling anyone anything about others, it's good to take the time to filter what you mean. I call it the test of the three sieves.
The first sieve is the TRUTH. Have you checked if what you're going to tell me is true?
- No, I just heard it.
- Very good! So, you don't know if it's true.
We continue with the second sieve, that of KINDNESS. What you want to tell me about my friend, is it good?
- Oh, no! On the contrary.
- So, questioned Socrates, you want to tell me bad things about him and you're not even sure they're true?
Maybe you can still pass the test of the third sieve, that of UTILITY. Is it useful that I know what you're going to tell me about this friend?
- No, not really.
- So, concluded Socrates, what you were going to tell me is neither true, nor good, nor useful. Why, then, did you want to tell me this?
