Small steps lead to extravagant results! September -> October

This amazing women has some fantastic results in a short period of time, the goal shouldn’t be about losing 10kg in 8 weeks but instead focusing on those small steps that lead to huge results overtime without feeling like your missing out and hating the journey.

Couldn’t be prouder of the girls I work with. They’re all amazing, empowering, hard working and driven.

Millie’s just stated embarking on her own fat loss phase.

She has no current physique related goals but instead is focusing on steady fat loss for overall health, energy and longevity.

Millie is aiming for a 3-4kg loss and she’s tried everything (juice cleanse, maccas diets, grass diets and the all or nothing) this time she’s agreed to focus on some extra daily movement and less human snacks.

Everyone’s always so worried about how to reach their goals when they have a partner!
Here’s how I do it ….

Meat cook up- we eat the same protein source and simply adjust the carbohydrates

Meat - beef mince, black beans, kidney beans, taco seasoning, chipotle sauce, tomatoes

Mine : with carisma potato, lettuce, capsicum, cucumber, salsa, 10g cheese and 20g light sour cream

His: with unmeasured potato, cheese, sour cream and avocado

A few weeks ago on my stories I was honest about how I was feeling less confident and uncomfortable wearing my pre-baby shorts.

They were tight, the button was hard to pull across and they gave me a constant camel toe 🐫

I was over feeling like s**t in a forever changing time of my life, so what did I do??

I went to the shops and bought a pair of pants that fit me.

It was crazy how I immediately felt more comfortable and more confident knowing my clothes sat better on me! The size didn’t matter, it didn’t determine my journey or my worth, it instead gave me more value with my current headspace.

I was no longer walking around worried about how tight my pants looked for how hard it was to sit down, and instead I was able to focus on what a beautiful life we have,

I actually gained more confidence by sizing up
