Balancing meals 🎄
We all know between Christmas and new years our meals look a little different.
There’s no prepped meals, we’re just picking at left overs.
Your been gifted 5 boxes of chocolate that’s just sitting around the house.
Alcohol is in abundance.
You’ve got time off work after a hard year.
Embrace it! There’s nothing wrong with a more flexible approach, more often this allows for more progression later on, why ?
Less food noice after enjoying the food you want 🍪
Less hunger after satisfying the belly 🥧
Less focus after giving your brain a break from tracking 📊
Use this time to practice your habits, see what you do good and where you come unstuck,
Focus on food pairing
Want that cookie, excellent have a handful of grapes alongside it.
Want that Nutella croissant, delicious, pair it with a yopro for added protein .
Want them chocolate, someone has to eat them, have a protein shake with them.
It’s not about removing everything and setting these restrictions but instead focusing on how you can Improve that meal or snack.
