Some days you just need to try on a pretty dress 👗

Motivation doesn’t always come from within sometimes a little external motivation can be exactly what keeps you going.

✨ “When I lose 5kg, I’ll treat myself to a nice dinner.”
✨ “Once I hit 10kg, I’m buying those new jeans.”
✨ “20kg down? Time to book that weekend away.”

Small rewards.
Little celebrations.
Moments that remind you your hard work is paying off.

When did basic meals become unknown.

When did we decide that we needed 15 ingredients and 2 hours to cook.

When did we decide that we needed to spend $15 on the “protein version” instead of just a normal product .

When did nutrition become complex .

The basics work an the work well 👌

• precooked rice
• chicken breast
• vegetables
• teriyaki sauce

Simples.

Are you ready to lock in for 8–12 weeks?

Because this is what can happen when you simply commit to showing up.

My results over the last couple of months:

64.6kg → 60.5kg

Nothing extreme.
No perfect routine.

Just the basics done consistently.

✔️ Simple, repeatable meals
✔️ Daily movement
✔️ Building better habits

And the reality?

I still had a few drinks here and there.
I ate out a couple of times.
I only trained properly for about half of the 8 weeks.

So why was it still successful?

Because I stopped chasing perfection.

I:

• Showed up consistently
• Didn’t panic over scale fluctuations
• Chose simple meals instead of complicated ones
• Allowed flexibility instead of self-sabotage
• Focused on steps when training wasn’t realistic

Fat loss doesn’t require perfection.

It requires consistency with the basics.

How do I know what one to get ?

Truth: whatever’s on sale

These products are very similar, similar in calories, similar in protein but some are on sale for $2 and others close to $4

The decision of what brand is better is what’s holding you back, you’re worried about the tiniest non existent problem.

1. Your excited on the days you “aren’t hungry” and only eat 1100-1300 calories. Not feeling hungry isn’t a good things it’s a sign of a nervous system overload.

2. You think coffee is a suitable breakfast, in reality it provide no nutrient value

3. Sleep is nonexistent, you spend too much time on areas that don’t serve your health a purpose, sometimes you shouldn’t be sacrificing that extra hour sleep for a vacuumed floor or that load of washing. Consistently get under 7 hour sleep an you’re destroying your ability to lose fat and recover

This is exactly why so many busy women feel like:
