How often do you compare yourself to something that isn’t even real?

We’re living in the age of AI where I can literally type a prompt like
“fix my apple ass” and in seconds it’s done it

So ask yourself who are you following?
How do they influence you?
Do you feel inspired and informed or just worse about yourself?

We’re on our phones more than ever, constantly absorbing what we see. whether we realise it or not, it shapes how we feel about our bodies, our worth, our lives and our level of success

You need to start
✨ questioning what you see
✨ following people who make you feel good
✨ using social media to learn, not self-criticise
✨ finding a community that actually supports you

Of course the first thing I noticed was the pancake bum but I’m using this as a reminder that we all have bad angles, we all have s**t we want to work on and we don’t need to just alter ourselves to impress People

Waiting to feel motivated before moving your body is like waiting to feel thirsty before you drink water…
except somehow we all keep doing it.

Most days, energy doesn’t magically appear ✨
It shows up after you move.

A walk that turns into a mood lift.
A stretch that becomes “oh wait, I actually feel human again.”
Five minutes that somehow fixes more than it should.

You don’t need to be fired up.
You don’t need to “feel like it.”
You just need to start… preferably without overthinking it for 47 minutes first.

Move first.

Tracking doesn’t have to mean tracking everything 👀

One of the easiest ways to reduce mental load is meal consistency.

For example 👉 this noodle stir fry:
• 2 packets thin hokkien noodles
• 500g chicken breast
• 1 bag frozen veg
• Sauce kept between ~30–50 cals per serve (4serve per batch)

I already know this works out to roughly 400 cals with ~35g protein per serve.
No calculator. No stress. No second guessing.

The best part?
I keep the base the same and just swap the sauce for “variety” 🍜

Teriyaki, satay, garlic soy, chilli , sweet soy ✨

different flavour, same structure.

Consistency isn’t boring.
It’s what makes fat loss, maintenance, or performance sustainable.

Less tracking.
More confidence.
Better results.

So if you’re over tracking and need a break, the easiest way to start doing unless without affecting you consistency is to include consistent and regular meals that don’t change much.

Balancing meals 🎄

We all know between Christmas and new years our meals look a little different.

There’s no prepped meals, we’re just picking at left overs.

Your been gifted 5 boxes of chocolate that’s just sitting around the house.

Alcohol is in abundance.

You’ve got time off work after a hard year.

Embrace it! There’s nothing wrong with a more flexible approach, more often this allows for more progression later on, why ?

Less food noice after enjoying the food you want 🍪
Less hunger after satisfying the belly 🥧
Less focus after giving your brain a break from tracking 📊

Use this time to practice your habits, see what you do good and where you come unstuck,
Focus on food pairing

Want that cookie, excellent have a handful of grapes alongside it.

Want that Nutella croissant, delicious, pair it with a yopro for added protein .

Want them chocolate, someone has to eat them, have a protein shake with them.

It’s not about removing everything and setting these restrictions but instead focusing on how you can Improve that meal or snack.

-you won’t be the same once you have a baby
-you have a mum Tum
-I didn’t get stretch marks like that
-how long ago did you have that baby
-I bounced back in 6 weeks

It’s not a mum bod, it’s not a summer bod, it’s not a dad bod

It’s just a body….
