Everyone’s always so worried about how to reach their goals when they have a partner!
Here’s how I do it ….
Meat cook up- we eat the same protein source and simply adjust the carbohydrates
Meat - beef mince, black beans, kidney beans, taco seasoning, chipotle sauce, tomatoes
Mine : with carisma potato, lettuce, capsicum, cucumber, salsa, 10g cheese and 20g light sour cream
His: with unmeasured potato, cheese, sour cream and avocado
