Have you ever donated blood? If you have when was the last time you donated? There are many reasons why people may need blood including ones going through cancer. If you can please donate. It doesn't take long. Oh make sure you hydrate before so your blood flows quicker. Mine took a bit to fill a bag one time 🙂.
I'll put a link of a website where you can type in your post code and it shows the nearest place to donate. For ones in Mandurah, there is a pop up one in town till this Friday (11th July), location is on the website.
