Preparing sacred space for this morning’s Rebirth Breathwork Therapy [1:1] session.

The preparation of sacred space is an important part of my work.
There is a cleansing ritual - a conscious clearing - and a sacred calling in of Spirit.
Holding the ambient field so it feels safe, welcoming, and ready for unfoldment, awareness, and release.

My own preparation begins a couple of hours prior.
Meditation. Energetic alignment. Returning to presence within Self.
Gently attuning to the client’s field and their soul team of guides - not to interfere, but to honour what is ready to move.

Every session is sacred.
Every session is unique.
No two journeys are ever the same.

🌧️How I love new rain! Even better when there’s a full thunder & lightning show.

Sitting here with my morning protein coffee latte ☕, just soaking it all in - gratitude, presence, peace.

Has anyone else felt the last week’s energy though? 👀

It’s not just “in your head.”
There’s been some pretty big planetary stuff happening - Saturn and Neptune have just linked up in this rare alignment that hasn’t happened like this in thousands of years.

Basically… it’s giving “new chapter”energy.

Dreams getting serious. Old structures dissolving. Future seeds being planted.

And honestly,
It feels like the rain is washing something clean.
