Check out this progression from my long term client Kiara who has being training with me through my online training platform!

Shoutout to the challenge winner Monique who lost an amazing 6.5kg. You can see the impressive changes to her body composition in such a short amount of time. After checking in with her a week after the end of competition, she had actually lost another kg by that point!

Monique found ways to increase her steps despite long hours in an office job, train 4x a week and meal prep her weekly lunches. She built routine and still managed to travel for work and have multiple functions and attend AFL games (go crows)! Despite all this, she still achieved these amazing results!

This should be the only example, proof, and piece of encouragement you need to start your journey!

Another challenge down, another goal hit! 💯

No goal weight this time, just a visual goal!

Still managed to drop 4.1kg on paper, weighing in at 55.7 on the final day. Though a few days before I did weigh in at 54.9.. so just depends on the day! Overall, dropped my body fat and maintained a lot of my strength, that was the main goal!

Can’t wait to share the results from clients in the coming day! 🔥

Have you ever gone on a diet and fallen off the wagon, so you stop and say “I’ll try again Monday”?

Maybe you need to focus on being consistent rather than trying to be perfect!

Why?

Consistency will make a difference in your diet over trying to be perfect all the time, because one little slip up and you think it’s all over and that all the hard work has been undone. Realistically, if you have your “slip up” why would you make matters worse and throw in the towel, increasing your calorie intake filled with high calorie and processed foods? That like filling your glass with water and you spill a little bit and instead of wiping it up you decide to just tip the whole damn jug everywhere… doesn’t make sense does it? Just pick back up where you left off!

My 8 week challenge + extended cutting results 🏋🏽‍♀️

Unlike last 8 week challenge, this one I decided to cut in order to shed some body fat I had put on during my “bulking phase” over a few months prior to this challenge. Grew some chipmunk cheeks and perhaps a little bit extra body fat. 🐿️😅

The first 8 weeks flew by and I lost 7.2 kg. While I was happy, I knew I wanted to maintain and potentially lose a little bit more since Christmas was coming up and I wanted to stay on top of my game, so I decided to extend it for the whole of December and to continue further for the whole of January where I then lost 8.5 kg taking me from 73.8 kg at the very start to now 65.3! I should point out that from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day, I wasn’t as consistent, I drank and I ate and I did put 1.5kg back on.. but instead of crying that I ruined progress, I went back to routine and further improved my results.

I’m very happy with my results, especially that I have still been hitting PBs and getting stronger with my lifts despite still being in a calorie deficit! I also think these pictures depict that the stomach can be the last place you lose fat as my abdominal region is still not as defined as what my back, shoulders and arms are. From here, I’ll rework my calories to eat around maintenance/low surplus to avoid putting body fat on and to allow my body some extra energy and a boost of my metabolism.

The last slide shows what I was looking like pre challenge.

Don’t tell me it can’t be done, because usually your reasons are excuses of the choices you make.
