Today one of our members said something that really stayed with me.

She said that when you start strength training, you realise you’re not at the end of your rope.

Your body still has capacity.
You can still improve.
You can still build strength.

Sometimes people come into training thinking their best years of movement are behind them.

But what often happens is the opposite. it’s exciting to watch as they discover there’s still so much more they can do.

Mobility is how we start every session at Sentience.

Today I shared that I started lifting weights at 14 and haven’t really stopped.

One of our Strength for Longevity members smiled and said,
“I started at 68.”

And that’s the beauty of strength training.
There’s no perfect starting age, no missed window, no “too late.”

Some people build strength for decades.
Some people discover it later in life.

Both are powerful.

Strength isn’t about when you start. You will always benefit 👍💪

Behaviour change takes time.

You don’t fail a reset because you miss a meal, skip a session, or have an off day. That’s just part of being human.
