A typical day if sessions at Sentience PT, Diamond Creek:
Here’s our Friday schedule:
6 a.m. Semi-PT
7 a.m. Semi-PT
8 a.m. Semi-PT
9:15 a.m. Semi-PT
10:15 a.m. Semi-PT
11:15 a.m. Strength for Longevity (60+)
12:15 p.m. Semi-PT
1:15 p.m. 1-on-1 PT
and 2 p.m. 1-on-1 PT
While Fridays wrap up by the afternoon, from Monday to Thursday, we’ve got evening sessions too, running back-to-back from 4 p.m. up to 9 p.m.
Semi-PT is a 50-minute small-group session—max 5 members—individualised strength-based training tailored to you.

We’ve got plenty of times to suit busy lifestyles—if flexibility is key, grab a 14-day trial for $14, three sessions per week. Just DM or comment “Yes” to get started!
