Had a return member in for her health evaluation — she hasn’t trained with us since 2018.

Real Women. Real Results.

Carmel’s 4-Week Reset Wins 💪
2kg down. 900g muscle gained. Visceral fat dropped. Metabolism up.
And most importantly — Carmel feels back in control.
4 weeks ago, Carmel felt stuck.
The weight wouldn’t budge, cravings were strong, and energy was low.
- She was snacking late at night.
- Skipping meals, then overeating.
- Having good food some days — but not enough planning or balance.
So, with some help and identifying basic priorities, she got organised. Carmel-
- added more protein and salads.
- ate every 3–4 hours.
- made simple (but impactful) switches — smaller bowls, leftovers for lunch, afternoon snacks to stop the night cravings.
