Today movement challenge that my clients and I did today 💪:

10 Rounds (30 min time cap)
- 10 cal erg
- 10 x Inverted Rows (modified to your ability)
- 10 x Push ups or Incline Push ups ( modified to your ability )
- 10 x DB Deadlifts
- 10 x Air Squats or Sit to Stands

All exercise can be progressed or regressed to your ability! Give it a try and comment your time below ⬇️

Want to Get Better at Your Sport? Stop Training Like You’re Playing It

If you want to get better at your sport — play your sport.
You don’t need to mimic your swing, shot, or stride in the gym to improve performance.
In fact, trying to replicate your sport under load often creates poor habits and reinforces bad movement patterns.

The role of strength and conditioning isn’t to make your gym session look like your game.
It’s to build the physical foundation so you can keep showing up, perform better, and reduce your injury risk.

Because let’s be real — swinging a cable like a golf club doesn’t make you better at golf.
Getting stronger, moving better, and staying durable does.

Not all advice is helpful — especially when it’s rooted in fear, not facts.

If your health practitioner is telling you things like:
• “Your spine is out of alignment” (without explanation or context)
• “You’ll never lift again”
• “Your scans are worse than expected”
• “Just rest until it stops hurting”
• “Let’s just keep massaging it”
…it might be time to ask better questions — or find a new provider.

The goal of rehab isn’t to make you afraid of your body.
It’s to help you understand it, build trust in it, and return to doing what matters.

Pain is real — but the language we use to explain it matters just as much as the treatment.

• Keep moving when life gets busy
