A New Year Evolution for Calmhearts 🤍

As we close the door on 2025 and step into the new year, I wish to share my love and heart felt wishes for you and your families.

Calmhearts was created with the intention to help others heal themselves, we are always healing and growing on our evolutionary path, and we all must take responsibility for our own healing journey.

It is with this in mind that I am launching “The Heart of Sacred Learning” ~ a peaceful space to self-heal through spiritual wisdom and inner knowledge.

Raising your vibration is easy for a moment in a meditation or a healing session, however the real mastery of healing is in the continued practice. My teachings offer simple and effective approaches to life and relationships with self and others helping you to create your own calm heart.
