Our new immersive thermal environment invites guests into the elemental ritual of heat, cold and rest, guided by nature, coastal weather and Lon’s long-held philosophy of slowing down.

This new outdoor contrast space introduces a Finnish sauna, magnesium-rich natural plunge, Swedish soak bucket, a communal fire-pit and relaxed designer lounges with views stretching to ocean, lighthouse and resident farm cows.

It is contrast therapy, but the Lon way — unhurried, sensory, elemental, coastal.

This year, enjoy our current Artist in Residence exhibition ‘Horizons In Time’ by Point Lonsdale artist .shepherd.artist whilst enjoying a cup of coffee, glass of local wine or nourishing snack.

Even better? Visit on Sunday at midday and meet the artist for a chat & Q&A with .shepherd.artist .. learn the local history of Lonsdale and our farm whilst learning more about the process of creating this beautiful exhibition on the walls of Lon.

We have some exciting news..

From Monday we will begin the expansion of our mineral pool spaces with the inclusion of a new outdoor sauna & cold plunge pool.

Think contrast therapy.
Think design-led open-air immersion.
Where sauna meets scenery.
Where wild weather is embraced & senses are invigorated.

These external works will be occurring to the east of our existing mineral pool. Throughout July, August & September every effort will be made to ensure minimal disruption to our hotel & spa guests.

With this in mind, we are offering our guests (You!) the opportunity to STAY or SPA at Lon during these months for a SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE (see images below for details)
