Your recovery begins with a thermal contrast therapy journey Soak + Sauna + Plunge. Enjoy our Mineral Pool, Hot Mineral Soak and Outdoor Contrast Therapy space with Sauna, and Cold Plunge, whilst hydrating your body with herbal tea and lemon water. Our new immersive thermal environment invites guests into the elemental ritual of heat, cold and rest, guided by nature, coastal weather and Lonā€™s long-held philosophy of slowing down.
