Theres a moment at each retreat we become One.

One within ourselves, our divine masculine and feminine merging in a beautiful harmony.

Body, mind and spirit realising Oneness.

One with our light and dark.

Oneness with each other

One with all there is.

This is the basic principle of Ta**ra. You can read about it, experience it and embody Oneness. There is no right or wrong way to inner union, self realisation, deep deep peace.

We undulate in and out of this state of being aware of our Oneness. Like separation is just an illusion. And the human experience reminds us, in both gentle and painful ways, to REMEMBER.

Ta***ic embodiment through heart led yoga, somatic movement, sound, breath and meditation are all extremely helpful and supportive tools for your-self realisation. Even more so when done together with intention and loving presence.
