Often we can fall in to unhelpful patterns of thinking. It’s useful to remember that your thoughts aren’t facts, and that sometimes our thinking styles can lead us to believe untruths about people and situations. If we rely on these unhelpful thinking styles to understand ourselves and the world around us we might find that we struggle with our mental health.
