AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
Fuel prices are currently affecting many businesses across the country, and like others, we are feeling the impact. As our clients know, Tork travels hundreds of kilometres each week to reach you.
At this stage, we are not planning or wanting to increase our service prices to cover the rising fuel costs and will absorb these expenses for as long as possible.
In return, we kindly ask our clients to help us by:
** Paying on the day of your appointment
** Being on time for your scheduled appointment
** Not forgetting your booking, as travel time and fuel are still incurred
** Only cancelling at the last minute in the case of an emergency
** Responding to appointment time messages if you have requested a booking, as we often plan travel routes around everyone needing an appointment
** We are happy to try and coordinate times with friends/neighbours to help with travel costs.
When clients contact us about their horse or dog, we understand it is usually because they are concerned and want help as soon as possible. As many of you know, Tork has been at your place at 6am and finishes as late as 8pm to work around your commitments and assist as many clients as possible. Toni works endlessly to get everyone in as quickly as possible but by everyone helping out the small businesses we can all hope to get through these challenging times. We do appreciate each and everyone we get to meet during our travels.
