Empowering your health is the mission I started out with and its still the same today.

Its about aligning your routine to habits that are optimal for your health but still little hiccups will happen.

Today I got a small cut on my finger without even thinking I went straight to the helichrysum as it helps to stop the bleeding.

It does take time to regain the knowledge and wisdom our ancestors knew but eventually you gain a level of confidence and trust in yourself and your body.

It feels bloody good, if you are wanting to reconnect just send me a dm as a few oils or a starter kit us a great way to rebuild your trust.

I have one premium raw goat milk subscriptions available for a 3 month cycle starting in February.

THIS MILK IS NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

The milk is from Nigerian Dwarf goats with over 5% butterfat and is great for the skin.

The herd is regeneratively farmed and Pasture raised in Noosa Hinterland (Note in winter and times of extreme weather we do supplement feed to keep goats healthy)
