Road Map to the Body

Join me for a deeply transformative experience designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body and the light of your soul. Through meditation, movement, sound, and energetic healing, we’ll explore the pathways where your physical, emotional, and ancestral stories are held — guiding them gently back into balance. This is a space for release, awakening, and coming home to yourself.

Guided Meditation: Healing Generational Trauma with the Goddesses

We begin our journey in sacred stillness, guided by five divine feminine beings — Kali Ma, Quan Yin, Isis, Mary Magdalene, and Brigid. Each Goddess brings her unique healing presence to help dissolve ancestral imprints and awaken love within the lineage.
With the vibration of tuning forks and energetic healing, we’ll work through the lower chakras, gently cutting cords of fear, pain, and suppression. You’ll send healing ripples through your family tree — restoring compassion, forgiveness, and empowerment for generations past and those yet to come.

Yin Yoga: Surrender into Stillness

Melt into the restorative embrace of Yin Yoga, where deep rest and surrender become your medicine. This practice invites you to slow down, soften, and release — allowing emotional and energetic blockages to rise to the surface and dissolve.
Each pose becomes an opportunity to listen, to feel, and to let go. Yin supports the body’s natural healing response, harmonizes the nervous system, and cultivates stillness where clarity and renewal can emerge. Sound Bath: Journey Through the Chakras

To complete our journey, immerse yourself in the ethereal resonance of a 10 Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath.
Each bowl is tuned to a specific energy center — from the Earth Star to the Soul Star — guiding your vibration into harmony. As the frequencies wash over you, they clear, balance, and realise.
