Dr. Visvanathan graduated from Bond University on the Gold Coast in 2021 and returned to Adelaide to complete his internship and residency at some of South Australia’s leading hospitals, including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre.

With a passion for all aspects of General Practice, Dr. Visvanathan brings a wealth of experience and a special interest in paediatrics, cardiology, respiratory medicine, and chronic disease management. His dedication to patient care and his holistic approach make him a valuable addition to our team.

Montague Farm Medical Center is pleased to welcome Dr Kirushanthan Balendranathan. Dr Kiru has vast experience working in the regional township of Traralgon, Victoria and in Port Augusta, South Australia.

Dr Kiru has special interest in Men's Health, Family Medicine, Skin Conditions and Chronic Disease Management. Dr Kiru will be available for consults from Mondays to Fridays starting from 01 August 2023.

Dr Niran Graduated from the University of Adelaide with further hospital experience at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. His areas of special interest include chronic disease management and paediatrics.

Dr Anjani was born and raised in the northern suburbs of SA before moving to Queensland for Medical School. Since returning she has worked across various general rotations at Lyell McEwin and Flinders Hospitals before spending a year doing obstetrics and paediatrics at the Women's and Children's Hospital. She has an interest in all areas of General Practice. Particularly in women's health.

Dr Ilhee is an ADF registrar and usually works full time with the Australian Army. She completed her medical training in Fremantle WA in 2016. Since then she has worked in various locations. She is fluent in Korean.

Dr Ilhee will be available for consult at Montague-Farm Medical-Centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Montague-Farm Medical-Centre is pleased to welcome Mr Samir Somaiya (Physiotherapist)

Samir graduated in 2005 and completed his Master’s degree in Orthopaedics, Sports & Manual Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia.

In his years of clinical practice, Samir has developed special interests in the management of sports specific shoulder injuries, spinal problems, hip/knee/ankle injuries, orthopedic & return to work rehabilitation.

Samir has also developed a passion for dry needling, neural mobilization & taping techniques. Samir is trained in Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling (western acupuncture) and also did his medical acupuncture training in Singapore. A passion for the complete rehabilitation of the individual has helped Samir develop strong professional relationships with a number of General practitioners and Orthopaedics Surgeons in Adelaide.

Samir is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, National Dry needling group and also a committee member and National vice chair of Australian Acupuncture Dry needling national group.

Samir is available at Montague-Farm Medical-Centre on Thursday mornings from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
