All our black tags lambs are coming along nicely.

I didn't think this ewe, who was a poddy herself, would ever have her lamb. 2 weeks after all others ewes had finished lambing. Beatrice had a little ewe. She is mothering very well and feeding.

2nd set of Triplets, born Tuesday, no assistance required. Weights- ewe 5.6 ,ewe 5.3 and ram 4kg.

This little one was born Friday weighing just 1.75kg. No bigger than a kitten. Using hot water bottles and a hair dryer to get her very cold body heated up, she was in the creek. Mum (a maiden) was very attentive.We have been co-parenting till yesterday. Now she is running around the barn and feeding from mum full time.

The triplets born yesterday morning are doing very well. 1 ram weighing 4.5kg, 1 ram weighing 3.8kg and 1 EWE weighing 2.65kg.

2.5 kgs of nectarines and lemon myrtle and orange , all from the garden into this chutney. Yum.

Not a bad haul of nectarines. Still so much more on the tree. The bags definitely work, they even keep the birds away from the fruit nearby. I leave the top for the birds so they do get alot.
