Todsy was a fabulous day. Rob is so lovely and his food is absolutely amazing. Simple but oh so delicious.
I’m super lucky to have Rob cater for my upcoming retreat, Awaken Your Voice - Throat Chakra Day Retreat on April 19. It’s almost an event in itself!

A good meal with great company is just the ticket, before we gather with Deb from Inner Resonance Kinesiology in the Temple Space for some Bootleg choir!

I love my Tibetan Sound Healing Bowls. They sing so beautifully and can vibrate for a very long time.

Other than looking and sounding amazing, they are wonderful healing tools. Each one is tuned to a different frequency which align with the different chakras.

I place the different bowls on the body along the meridians and chakras in a particular order so it shifts any energy blocks out of the system.

It is like receiving a massage that goes much deeper than the muscles and tissues.

Sessions are 1.5 hours long. There is an option to have the more express 1 hour session, but for optimal results, the 1.5 hour session is preferred.

If you want to experience the bowls deeper, I also offer sessions with the addition of Essential Oils. It's the ultimate experience. 🥰
