Thank you Sue Shaw Wellbeing for your words regarding last night's Throat Chakra Chakradance. It was a fantastic night of sharing and openness. Perfect for clearing the throat chakra!
In my many years of facilitating Chakradanceโข, the throat chakra has definitely been the one that is blocked for majority of participants. Many of us grew up in the 'Children must be seen and not heard' era, which has shut many of us down from being able to express our thoughts and feelings. Which in turn shuts down creativity. Even laughter was not allowed for some.
I am glad society is moving away from this but there are still a lot of residual memories and trauma from these times.
Other than attending a Chakradanceโข class (highly recommended), other ways you can work on your throat chakra:
๐ humming
๐ singing
๐ speaking your truth
If you are wanting to work with me on your throat chakra through the power of Chakradance. You can:
๐ book in for a private 1:1 session
๐ come to a group class, my next throat one will be on April 22
๐ do the throat chakra module online (enquire with me about access as my new website isn't quite live yet, but we'll make it happen!)
๐ enquire about my throat chakra weekend retreat I am cooking up
๐ Chakradance Kids classes are finally looking like a reality. Yay! Give your children a head start in learning more about this so they don't have to when they're an adult.
Reach out if you would like to know more or to book in for a session ๐
Much love

Last night's Chakradance guided by Rebel Heart Journeys and supported by Goddess Saraswati to assist with healing the throat chakra was so powerful, even though I actually slept through most of it, which also showed me a lot too!
I recalled memories of childhood and the times when I shared my feelings and was told that I didn't feel that way, so I started to deny my feelings and not trust my intuition.
Later in life, as an adult and working in the corporate world, my role involved public speaking and I was petrified about it, so much so, that I used to shake, feel sick, and my throat would dry up and get croaky. I decided way back then, to do something about it and joined a Rostrum Public Speaking Club which I remained a member of for many years. One of the rules of the Club was to publicly speak out and pledge "I promise not to be silent when I ought to speak" and I've never forgotten that.
Thank you Kylie Beer for creating such a safe space for us to express, heal and share through each of the chakra energy centres every week and with the addition of the Goddess energy, and thank you to the others in the group who held this space for honest and open sharing. I see you.
I'm looking forward to next Wednesday's session connecting with the Third Eye Chakra and Goddess Tara.
