Letโs be realโthis shift has been intense.
Many lightworkers are feeling stretched, exhausted, even fragmented at times. And the truth isโฆ weโre not done yet.
This is why we are being called to care for ourselves consciously and intentionally.
Not later. Not when things calm down. Now.
Tips to support yourself through this shift:
- Protect your energy fiercely.
Step back from anything that drains youโwhether thatโs people, media, or environments. Your energy is sacred, and not everything deserves access to it.
- Slow down and listen to your body.
Your nervous system is recalibrating. Rest when you need to, pause without guilt, and honour the signals before they become overwhelm.
- Anchor into the present moment.
Breathe, ground, connect with nature. The more you come back into now, the more stable and supported you will feel within the intensity.
