For students who’ve completed at least 6 aerial classes and feel confident with inversions.

Take your aerial practice to the next level and join for this Aerial Flips and Tricks Workshop. We will start with a guided warm up and move into more poses in the aerial hammock. It will be full of fun transitions and exciting flips and tricks demonstrated with safety in mind.
Strengthen your practice, build confidence, have fun and learn something new.

Open to students who have completed a minimum 6 aerial classes and feel confident to move through inversions at a quick pace.

Time: 3:30pm to 5.00pm
