What an epic full day retreat at the Collective Soul Centre for a group of lovely, deserving ladies who enjoyed a Sacred Cacao Ceremony with hands on healing and shamanic sound healing (thanks Kylie), then a guided Chakradance this morning.

The intention was all about love and giving ourselves permission to receive. We were so immersed in it all that we forgot to take photos until lunchtime and the closing circle!

Lunch was definitely a highlight, prepared by Rob GD, owner of Back to Basics Traditions. We did take some photos of these deliciously delectable dishes which not only looked good, but tasted even better!

Two treatments each later, and afternoon tea, had guests floating out of the door feeling joyful, happy and energised!

Thank you to all who attended and to the fab team of amazing practitioners.

Finished my infrared sauna and now enjoying my special blend of sacred cacao this morning with my added Byron Bay Detox Greens, H**p protein and collagen powder, even though I've prepared another deliciously loving blend to start our Caring for the Carer Retreat Day this morning. Healthy habits boost my life force!

What a delightful and joyful Sacred Cacao and Circle last night with the most kind-hearted women, I'm so grateful to be able hold these events in such a warm, safe, nurturing Temple Space at "our" other "home", the Collective Soul Centre.

Preparing Native Heirloom Morning Ritual Cacao for this evening's Sacred Cacao, Meditation & Healing - Fri 6 Feb with some added joy, happiness, and fresh energy to support us in this quickly moving year!

Also made a single mug for an attendee who can't drink macadamia milk and used oat milk instead and had a little taste test and it was delicious!

I use half zazen alkaline water with half nut milk to make it extra creamy and smooth. You can use any milk of your choice except dairy as this blocks absorption and neutralises the benefits of this pure, heart-opening plant medicine.

Last night's Chakradance guided by Rebel Heart Journeys and supported by Goddess Saraswati to assist with healing the throat chakra was so powerful, even though I actually slept through most of it, which also showed me a lot too!

I recalled memories of childhood and the times when I shared my feelings and was told that I didn't feel that way, so I started to deny my feelings and not trust my intuition.

Later in life, as an adult and working in the corporate world, my role involved public speaking and I was petrified about it, so much so, that I used to shake, feel sick, and my throat would dry up and get croaky. I decided way back then, to do something about it and joined a Rostrum Public Speaking Club which I remained a member of for many years. One of the rules of the Club was to publicly speak out and pledge "I promise not to be silent when I ought to speak" and I've never forgotten that.

Thank you Kylie Beer for creating such a safe space for us to express, heal and share through each of the chakra energy centres every week and with the addition of the Goddess energy, and thank you to the others in the group who held this space for honest and open sharing. I see you.

I'm looking forward to next Wednesday's session connecting with the Third Eye Chakra and Goddess Tara.

The last couple of days have felt quite intense and I'm grateful for the guidance today from the Soul Lessons and Soul Purpose Oracle, because sometimes your soul needs to know!! I hope this lands for you too if you've been feeling out of sorts lately.

The beautiful yellow rose reminds us that it's important to have fun along with fulfilling our responsibilities - exactly the intention I set for myself this year!

BALANCE WORK, REST, AND PLAY

Message:
You've been working too much and forgetting to play. Yes, it's wonderful to check off tasks on your to-do list, but it's equally important that you find joy along the way to achieving your goals. You may not have any complaints about your job, school, or home life, but it's still nice to just get away on occasion. There's something magically healing about a vacation.

This card asks you to look at your schedule and create greater balance. Perhaps you've been thinking that relaxation is a waste of your precious time. Quite the opposite! 1. MAGNETISM OF EROS

Trust in what your heart yearns for without concern about how it will manifest. Take steps toward that which moves your heart. Reach out for what your soul wants and needs. Allow yourself to be vulnerable, for only then can you be truly held. That which appears out of reach or unavailable to you is closer than you realise.

This soul-deep attraction inspires us to remain open, be passionate and willing to engage with life, other people and new, vitalising pathways and practices that inspire us. It keeps us moving on our authentic life path, living by the call of the heart.

Eros is a Greek word for love. On a spiritual level, Eros is our passionate, open, engaged love for life. It is an affirmation of life.

Feeling so good after committing to my year of "FUN" and doing things I love including Belly Dancing, which I've always wanted to do but didn't want to go on my own - I went on my own last night and loved it! Thanks Kalikah (photo below) for showing us some Egyptian-style moves.

Wednesday nights I do Chakradance and go a bit deeper with a guided meditation, and free flowing dance, thanks to Kylie. Anyone can join in as Kylie has opened up the classes. This week we're dancing through the Throat Chakra!
