I raided someone’s lemon 🍋 tree and have the cuts to prove it! I have 3 of these babies every day in 3 litres of water with three teaspoons of bicarbonate soda. It’s highly alkalising and disease cannot exist in an alkalised state. This along with my frequency therapy and improved healthy gut microbiome foods (I make my own) is healing my body from the inside out. Starting to feel better each day and definitely improving my mood as well. Don’t ever be afraid to withdraw from the world and take time out for yourself. It’s needed. Remember, a new car may look great but if the engine is not good what good is it? It’s the same for our bodies. Let food be thy medicine.
