๐ŸงกEATING IS SO GOOD๐Ÿงก
We all love our food...๐Ÿ› yum... the flavors, the textures... so good!
Sometimes though, we get out of control, don't we. Yes, we do. If we feel out of control, a good way is when you feel hungry when you've actually already eaten and should be satisfied... have a full glass of water with a pinch of either Celtic or Himalayan Salt.. not ordinary salt.. it is a toxin!!!
If this doesn't work or you often feel bloated, you may be lacking enzymes for digestion and this can lead to malabsorption even though you should be full.๐ŸŒ We think of malabsorption as a third world problem but no!!!
You can buy digestive enzymes off the shelf at health shops, chemists and even supermarkets to help this issue and of course especially for us older ones as digestion changes as we age.๐Ÿ˜‰
You should feel content after a meal... chew your food well, because...
EATING IS SO GOOD!

Our core muscles are important for everything from lifting... through to orgasm.๐Ÿ˜‰
The core is the lower front abdominal area... notice that it is in front of the lower back... in opposition, so therefore protects that lower back area! Aiding posture, and can also help minimize pouch!
Strong front = a released back.๐Ÿ‘
So... lower back problems can often be relieved from having a strong core.๐Ÿ‘Œ
If you're not into exercise... ๐Ÿ’ช at least honour your back and keep some good CORE STRENGTH!!! ๐Ÿ’™

Our immune system needs to be kept in check. โœ”
Did you know even a sad ๐Ÿ˜ขthought can lower immunity. Isn't that incredible... white blood cells can drop off from a thought. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
Sometimes we need to support our immune system with vitamins and minerals, ๐Ÿ’Šespecially as we age! Let's face it... there is a natural decline after our peak age of 28. In fact... pregnancies after this age are classed as geriatric pregnancy!!!
You may think you don't need to add anything to your healthy diet๐Ÿฒ but I encourage you to add even a simple multi-vitamin/mineral to give the body some assistance.
Or, have a blood test ๐Ÿ’‰ to check white blood cell count and check other levels while you're at it. You don't have to go through the GP,๐Ÿฉบ just up to a lab. Go down the list and tick โœ…what you like. Ask to have it sent to yourself and your GP๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ if you wish.
80 percent of our immunity lies in the gut, so if not having bloods,๐Ÿฉธat least take care of your digestion and remember, sadness ๐Ÿ˜ข or stress shuts the gut down, so take care of that area for a good strong IMMUNITY. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿ’šSLOW DOWN. GET CALM. BE FREE.๐Ÿ’š
Words are easy and it can be annoying when someone speaks like this when you're at the peak of your stress. But your body will eventually demand you to just stop and take note of where you're at.
A lot of freedom can be had in just slowing down and finding your calm... As simple as that!
You don't have to read a whole self help book before you do it. It's a conscious decision in the right here and now.
Just do everything a little bit slower than usual, notice how calming it is and feel your freedom.

๐Ÿ’œTAKING TIME TO BE๐Ÿ’œ
In this sped up ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธworld,๐ŸŒŽ sometimes we feel guilty when we take time to 'be' but we all need this quiet time and it's okay๐Ÿ‘ to honour it.
Too often, we feel the need to fill every minute๐Ÿ•– of the day with something.
It is actually good for us to be bored some of the time, even just day dreaming ๐Ÿ’ญ is resting the brain ๐Ÿง . So if just "being" is boredom to you... think of it more as a health benefit! ๐Ÿ’ช. It will also take away any guilt you may feel for simply resting. ๐Ÿ˜ด
And we may even be more productive after giving the mind and body some real time to recuperate!!!
Enjoy life even more by...
