Intro to Flying Therapeutic Workshop: Partner Acro Yoga This Weekend

Join Alicia, Lydia, Dave & Kerryn for a rejuvenating and fun Therapeutic Flying Acro Yoga Workshop at the scenic Goowla Scout Hall in South Australia.

This 1.5 hour session is taking place on Sunday April 28th from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and offers a unique opportunity to explore the realms of Acro Yoga fused with therapeutic stretching and massage techniques.

This workshop is designed for participants of all levels, whether you're seasoned or a newcomer to the practice. Throughout the session you'll be guided through a series of gentle warm-ups, stretches, and partner-based acro yoga poses, allowing you to experience the exhilaration of flight in a safe and supportive environment.

By harnessing the simple power of gravity and the support of your fellow participants you'll learn to trust, communicate, and connect on a deeper level.. all while getting a workout.

Stay after from 12:30-1:30 for a BYO lunch to share together.

The training will be lead by myself
Raven Grace and we have an additional 10 facilitators comprising of local, national and international teachers to bring in world class experience and expertise for your journey.

The training will be happening in Goolwa South Australia though the invitation Is Australia Wide

We meet in person over 8 weekends
And 8 times online starting in February
concluding in November 2024

Teachers in training will receive a home logbook
with home quests and weekly inversion practice check in.

We have designed this program
to begin with strong foundations

Some time off over winter for integration

And to turn of the heat in the last section
To train dynamic skills and deepen your teaching and learning process.
