Research has found that practicing qigong and mindfulness meditation lowers blood pressure and cortisol levels(stress hormone).

Classes beginning again in 2024 on Monday 29th Jan. Mondays and Saturdays 930-1030am and now Wednesdays 130-230 pm.

In person at 50 Waterport Road, Port Elliot or on zoom.

$15 per session or 5 sessions $65 (no need to be consecutive)

Very pleased to offer an early bird discount for the 10 week Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) course that Emma and I will be offering beginning May 9th.
We're pleased to let people know that we are offering an early bird discount of $50 if you book before Friday 29th April. So your investment is $550 ( full fee) or $400 ( bring another or concession). There is an option to pay weekly if that is helpful.

We need to get a minimum of 6 people to make the course effective and I do hope you can join and be part of this resource building program. As it is said" it's not therapy but it's therapeutic!" Learn to treat yourself as you would a good friend!

The first session on May 9th is an introduction session and will go for 1.5 hours.
The other sessions will be 2.45 hours other than the 3 hour online retreat,
Please let me know as soon as possible if a later start date of the end of May would be more suitable for you.

So excited to be offering the wonderful resource building Mindful Self- Compassion 8 week course again!
Most of us feel compassion when a close friend is struggling. What would it be like to receive the same caring attention whenever you needed it most?
Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional wellbeing. It boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression.
