Happy first day of spring 🌻
The change of season is the perfect time to refresh and reasses.
Here are 3 things I plan spring cleaning:
1. The pantry.
Remove out of date products and stale half eaten packets.
Wipe down jars and shelves.
Asses if the food products in there are serving my goals of optimal health.
2. The fridge.
Wipe down shelves, jars, and sauces.
Remove any bad produce or products we didn't like.
Again asses what's in there is it full of fresh abundance.
3. Shoes.
Let's be honest how often do these get washed? Compared to the countless hours worn. All those sweaty runs, walks, and gym sessions.
