So they say…when feeling stressed, anxious and in physical pain…
And before I stand corrected, meditation and relaxation techniques do have their place…
But what if …

* Unpleasant feelings present in a public
setting.
* You are hyper-mobile and also neurodivergent.
Then,for some… breath work can actually heighten pain, tension and anxiety.
