Port Fairy Medical Clinic are supporting "Share the dignity" to help support vulnerable women and teens this November.
We will be a collection point for any of the following items and will then provide the bags to be dropped at Bunnings Warehouse on the 15th November. If you would like to donate any of the below items, drop the in to the clinic by Friday 14th November and we will deliver directly to Bunnings.

Exciting news from Port Fairy Medical Clinic!

We are delighted to welcome Dr Sally Wark to our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Sally is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in Port Fairy 9am - 5.00pm and Wednesday's in Koroit 9.00am - 4.30pm. To book an appointment with Sally call our new number on 03 4510 8990 or use the Hotdoc app. Here is a little bio on our newest doctor.

Dr. Sally Wark is a registrar undertaking part of her General Practice training at Port Fairy Medical Clinic. Since graduating with her medical degree in 2017, Sally has worked at a variety of hospitals and GP clinics across Adelaide and Melbourne, and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Child Health. Her special interests include chronic disease and palliative care, and she is accredited for Implanon insertion and removal. Sally is enthusiastic to join the Port Fairy community and excited to explore all the beauty South West has to offer!

Our previous phone numbers can still be used, but will be phased out over a period of time. We encourage patients to use the new contact numbers from today.
