WEDNESDAY 6:00-7:30 PM
THURSDAY 9:30-11:00 AM
*classes held in the Hall at St John’s Anglican Church on Regent St Port Fairy


~ KOROIT ~
MONDAY 5:45-7:00 PM
* classes held in the back foyer of Koroit Theatre

Above Classes Cost:
$25 per class or buy a class pass -
$110 x 5 classes
$200 x 10 classes
(payment can be made by cash or via bank transfer)

**bookings are essential & cancellation fees will apply for no shows and for less than 5 hours notice given before class.


~Port Fairy Classes at the Community House~

+ Family Yoga - Mums/dads/carers can bring their baby/toddler/little people for a practice of yoga to help build strength, calm and a sense of balance to body, mind and spirit. Saturday 10 February & Saturday 23 March. 9:30 am to 10:30 am $30 per family

+ Yoga for KIDS - A fun and interactive class where we stretch the body and calm the mind in a variety of ways, based on different themes each week. This course is aimed at primary aged children. Wednesdays 14, 21, 28 February and 6, 13, 20 March 4:00pm to 5:00 pm $90

+ CHAIR Yoga - This class is suitable for anyone with less mobility or recovering from injury. Lots of different ways we will stretch and practice yoga with a chair. Very relaxing, incorporating breath work and mindfulness into our practice. Thursdays 15, 22, 29 February and 7, 14, 21 March 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm $90
