Is it OK to be clumsy? Absolutely but it can be less frustrating if you can run and jump and play with your friends without falling over. There are lots of reasons for being clumsy or falling. Developmental Co-ordination Disorder ( described simply below) can be one of those reasons and responds very well to physiotherapists who work with children to improve balance, run smoothly and catch a ball with a friend.
