A comprehensive review of clinically proven natural solutions for neuropathic pain highlighted the benefits of essential oils like lavender, rose, and ginger essential oil, and blends containing lavender, clary sage, rose, ginger, geranium essential oil for neuropathic pain.

In my experience, blends tend to be most effective and other oils I have found effective include peppermint, fir oils, copaiba, frankincense, vetiver, wintergreen, camphor, helichrysum, copaiba, geranium, turmeric, and spruce. For long-term use, dilute the blend to 10%-15%. The blend can be diluted to 25%-50% for short-term use.
