Yoga Jam at Port Kembla Festival, what an experience!
It wasn’t just a yoga class… it was a collaboration.
Between you, the music, and something bigger moving through all of us.

So much gratitude to everyone who came, moved, breathed, and shared space with us.
You’re what makes it.

To the artists we had the honour of hosting,
Thank you for bringing your sound, your energy, your creativity and letting it unfold in real time with us.

To the legends behind it all for creating a platform that celebrates local music, art and community in such a raw and real way.

And to our fellow local PK businesses and spaces,
We’re proud to be part of a community that genuinely shows up for each other and continues to back this town and everything it has to offer.

Port Kembla… you’ve got something special.
Until next time 🎸✌️💃🎙🛹

Port Kembla Festival The Pantha Way.
Every year, we show up to in our own way… and this is it.

Not just watching the musica, but moving with it.
Not just passing through, but dropping in.

We take the energy of the festival and make it our own through Yoga Jam. Where live music, breath and movement come together to create something you feel, cocreate and become one with.
Then we ride that wave into the night…

International Women's Day at TPW this Sunday.
Some things are better shared.

A practice.
A breath.
A room full of women who may arrive as strangers but leave feeling a little more connected.
As the quote goes, "we’re all just walking each other home".
And honestly… "the real flex is community".
So this is a little open invitation.

This International Women’s Day, we’re welcoming women who don’t currently have an active pass with us to join a class on the house.

New faces, familiar faces, women who’ve been meaning to come back — you’re all welcome.
And of course, our cherished members, just show up as you always do on your membership.

Bring a friend.
Bring your sister, your neighbour, your colleague.
Send this to the women in your world who could use an hour to move, breathe, or simply rest.
A chance to celebrate being a woman.
And to connect with other generous, grounded, empowered women… just like you.

Sunday March 8
8am Yang + Yin
5pm Restore
Use code TPWSISTER if you’re joining us without an active pass.

Bookings are essential.

March at TPW.
Has anyone woken up today asking… where did January and February go?

Life can feel a little like that sometimes,
momentum kicks in,
the days blur,
and we get swept up in the “everyday.”

But what if we could press pause, just enough to notice?
To taste the richness of the ordinary, the sweetness in the mundane, and the little sparks of joy that are always there?

Yoga teaches us exactly this.

Through movement, breath, and presence, we can slow down the rush, tune in to what’s really happening, and find contentment, even in the small moments.

It’s the essence of Santosha: finding enoughness right here, right now, no matter the chaos outside.

March is a gentle invitation to lean into life fully, every busy day, every quiet pause, every bright, blissful moment in between.

Do you know a local organisation or community project doing good work?
Community Yoga at The Pantha Way is opening space for a new Impact Partner to work with and support financially.

Each month, our Community Yoga classes are offered by donation, with all proceeds supporting local work that creates real change.

This year, we’re deepening that commitment by partnering more intentionally — amplifying stories, creating conversation, and building awareness alongside funding through donations from our monthly Community Yoga sessions.

We’re inviting:
• Non-profits
• Grassroots initiatives
• Community-led projects
• Local groups creating positive impact

If this is you — or someone you know — we’d love to connect.

Yoga is not just what we practise on the mat.
It’s how we show up for the world around us.

Cycles, Lunar New Year, Fire Horse and Yoga(?)
Happy New Year for those that acknowledge and connect with the Lunar cycle 🧧🐎🔥🧨
(A day late but I was busy being present in the celebration and ritual)

👋 It's Cat dropping in to share personally 😘

Long before Yoga was part of my life, the Lunar cycle was a double life I lived and honoured culturally.

Every year we had a calendar that would translate the Gregorian date to its Lunar calendar date and we would celebrate anniversaries, cultural traditions and rituals based on where the moon was in the cycle.
I never really understood the why or the significance, its was just the fabric of my cultural heritage that would later become nostalgic -
Feels of family,
A sense of being part of something long before I came into existence and will continue with my imprint beyond my time here on earth,
But mostly present in the now is how it has formed the foundations of connection to sacred ritual on my personal path.

As I get older, I feel this responsibility and reverence to navigate the sacredness of ritual in life,
Cultural.
Family.
Spiritual.

As I read all the beautiful content that is being shared about the Lunar New Year, the fire horse, the solar eclipse - through the lens of spirituality or Yoga specifically as i will acknowledge the bias view of our feed 😉🧘‍♂️
What arose is a common thread of messaging...

To connect deeply with ourselves.
To continually take action in ways that feel honest and real for ourselves.
Its raising our awareness.
To practice, continually.
Its moving through life with intention.

It is in our practices that we can attune and from this place either create authentically or have the tools to surrender what no longer serves.

The moon reminds us what yoga already knows:
everything moves in cycles.
Rest.
Return.
Begin again.

We practice not to escape life,
but to meet it.

Life, as Ritual

This season, let your yoga be something you live, not something you check off.

Culturally, the Lunar New Year vibes around prosperity, wealth, good health and we wish all beings this however more importantly..
May all beings have the capacity to truly receive the abundance that already is.

6-week Saturday Sadhana: Messy Bloom
This isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.

It’s about learning how to stay with yourself — in the mess, the stretch, the becoming.

Each Saturday you can expect a longer, nourishing practice guided by Sarah — weaving slow, intuitive movement, yin, breath, meditation and gentle philosophy in a way that feels grounded, accessible and deeply human.

Some weeks may feel expansive.
Others quiet or tender.
All of it belongs.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or have anything figured out.

Just come as you are.

Sadhana is not a class you perform.
It’s a practice you enter...

Rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice.
A dedicated discipline aimed at personal growth, self-realistion, and deepening one's connection with the divine or higher self.
A practice that supports you not just on the mat, but in life itself.

It’s where movement meets breath.
Where stillness becomes a teacher.
Where awareness gently reshapes how we meet each moment.

If the name has felt unfamiliar or mysterious, let us soften it:
Sadhana is simply learning how to come home to yourself... again and again.

✨ This week’s Sadhana is a special offering with

A one-off class designed to help you understand the origins of Sadhana and learn how to create a personal practice you can take into your daily life — from quiet mornings to challenging conversations.

This is yoga beyond the physical.
A ritual for clarity, grounding, and inner connection.
If you’ve been curious… this is your moment to step in.

Our recent open day promotions have been extended until Sunday 8th Feb 11.59pm to give everyone who couldn't be there a chance to take up the offers.

Reach out if youre interested via DM and we'll send you the details.
