Is been a wild ride of surrendering to the flow state.
From conception to the present day of the version of TPW that is today.

Four years ago, The Pantha Way was created from a simple yet powerful intention — to live our yoga.

Rooted in the teachings and philosophy that have profoundly redirected the paths of our own lives and now share with others...

This studio has always been about more than movement.
It is about how we show up,
How we connect, and
How we carry the practice into our lives.

Through conscious connection and community, what began as a humble space has grown into what The Pantha Way is today.

On Sunday 1st February, we open our doors to celebrate our 4 Year Anniversary with a full Open Day.
This is an opportunity to experience yoga as we live it — through practice, presence, shared breath and community connection.

Community Yoga Sunday 18 January | 9:30am.
Our first Community Yoga of the year invites us back to the foundations of this offering: connection, service, and practice that extends beyond the mat.

This month we’re delighted to welcome Yolanda Forsyth - dear friend of the studio and co-owner of as she swaps the reformer for the yoga mat to guide this special session.

has been practising yoga for over a decade and shares how the practice continues to evolve alongside her through different seasons of life.

Over the past year, she has deepened her relationship with yoga through a consistent home practice and recently completed her month-long yoga teacher training in the Balinese rainforest.

For Yolanda, yoga is a place of steadiness and return
A daily check-in, a safe cubby to land in, a way to feel strong and at home in her body.

Off the mat, you’ll find her in Port Kembla: swimming or surfing, walking her dog along the beach, reading, or running her Pilates studio in town.

Community Yoga is a by-donation class, all proceeds will support our Pay-It-Forward Yoga Project, helping provide access to yoga for locals in our community who are currently unable to afford memberships.

This is yoga as both personal practice and social impact beginning with ourselves and rippling outward.

✨ Suggested donation: $10+ (however give to your capacity)

Let's take the pressure off needing to create big grandious plans for a new year, a new you.

Consider who you are, where you are in life is whole complete and perfect.

Let yourself simmer in that for a while...

Notice how things might feel when we can be enough for ourselves.

Whilst we're all for setting mindful, heart-centered intentions - its a wonderful and freeing experience to release the gripping of life a little and let the magic of life unravel for you.

So this month is all about creating spaces to land.
Its a remembering.
Its a coming home to.

We have our usual sound offerings and on the 26th a special community event to honor and remember.

As this cycle draws to a close, we pause in deep gratitude for every being who has shaped the rhythm and life of TPW.

Each presence, each breath shared, each moment of practice has left its quiet imprint.

This is a time of sacred pause.
A moment to soften into stillness.
To be with what is.
To listen beneath the noise and allow what has been lived to settle, integrate, and become wisdom.

In the space between what has been and what is yet to come, we remember that rest is not absence, it is preparation.
It is devotion.
It is how clarity finds us.

As a studio, we are honouring this pause too.
Before we step into our 4th year on February 1st, we are choosing to slow, to breathe, and to tend to the roots that hold us.

From here, our next chapter will unfold with intention and care, in service of the community we love and a practice we believe can set us all free.

For now, we linger in the in-between.
We listen.
We allow.
And when the time is right, we will gather again. Renewed.
Aligned.
Ready to re-emerge into 2026.

We're open on a reduced schedule with a variety of time and style options daily except for Christmas & New Years Day.
