Welcome to the new souls that have landed within the frequency of Divine Spiritual Essence.
I welcome you here but also welcome that seeker of freedom and self that lies within you.

I am an intuitive healer. A seeker myself. A see'er within. A mother, a daughter, a lover, a spirit and human.

I have spent the last 10 years searching for greater meaning.

Suffering PTSD, depression and anxiety I didnt want to suffer within myself. A nervous system caught in fight and freeze, in turmoil and emotion. In negativity and tears. My higher self and spirit kept guiding me to seek further

What I didnt know was that to seek what i was looking for i had to turn within. Through work and a desire to continue seeking and along the journey I opened this page and continued learning. Something that transpires every day.

Here we land to the present.

I have learnt an array of amazing therapies as well as intuitive spiritual practices.
Whilst i have grown into body work through these various types of therapies my work is much deeper than the physical. Tuning into the mental and emotional bodies and guided by your higher self as well as spirit and your own physical, emotional and spiritual needs. My work is a holistic spiritual practice bringing you home to yourself spanding across many facets in the quantum field from lineage to past life ties.
