Client in today struggling with feeling inflexible and getting sore in the lower back!

50 mins later he had much better mobility and was able to touch his toes for the first time in agessss 🤩

We worked the posterior chain from feet to shoulders 🤙🏻

Here’s a little insight to how I look to improve hip mobility.

Any combat sport athlete this ones for YOU 🫡

Treating the area as a whole… getting into the glutes then TFL and coming through to the hip flexors with heaps of assisted stretching and passive range of movement.

Stoked to of finished this lil side quest today!!

The fundamentals in sports medicine. I did this to help develop my knowledge around working with injured athletes and finding the optimum route to recovery and how my skills fit in 🤙🏻

Also it slots in nicely with the work I get to do within professional sporting teams 🤘🏼

HR 🤝 KRISTY BARR GAMES ATHLETE 🤩👊🏻

It’s been pretty bloody mega to work with for the last 18 months as Kristy went through the process of becoming a CrossFit Games athlete and being there in US to watch and support with the crew 🇺🇸 🤠

As a athlete and client it was awesome to help most weeks with recovery and the niggles that popped up and then to watch ya throw down with the best in the world 🌍 🤩 helped me gain some great experience with CrossFit athletes 🤘🏼

As a friend and someone who helped and supported HRsports Massage right from the very start it was pretty damn epic to see you smash that goal we spoke about in the first few session of becoming a games athlete 🙏
