Just a little update to the timetable - everything remains the same, with updated details for Wednesday 6pm.
Fi and Emma now share this class, which will be a beginner/slow flow. All are welcome, with beginners and teens especially encouraged.

Yoga with Barbie is back for 2026 💫

Her next class will be on Sunday February 15th, with a small schedule update — she’ll now be offering two sessions:
• 9:00–10:00am
• 10:30–11:30am

Classes are $15, with the option to attend both.

WEDNESDAY 6PM UPDATE

Our Wednesday 6pm class will continue as normal, but will now be offered as a Beginner-Friendly Flow 🪷

Perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wanting a slower pace with gentle options, clear guidance and a supportive environment 🤍

We’re also welcoming teens (14+) into this class - especially those who may not enjoy traditional sports, could benefit from nervous system support during busy school years (hello Year 11–12), or active teens looking to balance strength & recovery.
And parents - why not join them? It’s a beautiful way to create connection, presence and quality time together (as they grow up so fast).

And to our regular Wednesday students - we’d love you to stay with this shift. Returning to basics and embracing a beginner’s mind can be incredibly powerful for everyone.

We’re so excited to be back on the mat and open again tomorrow, Monday January 5th 💗

Maya has headed off on her next adventure, but font fret…. and will continue the Wednesday evening class on alternating weeks 🫶🏼

Emma will continue Friday Knock Offs, held fortnightly 🪷

Fi will now be offering a monthly Sunday morning class 💫

Barbie will continue her monthly Sunday class at Big Swamp, now offering two sessions at 9:00am and 10:30am 🌿

As we come into our final week of yoga for 2025, we’d love to take a moment to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe, joyful New Year.

Thank you for being part of our yoga community and for your continued support throughout the year — it truly means so much to us.

As a small thank-you, we’re hosting our annual Community Christmas Class on Saturday 20th December at 9:00am. Please send us a message if you plan to join so we can plan accordingly.

The studio will be closed for the festive season from Monday 22nd December, reopening on Monday 5th January.

Until then, we hope to see you in the studio this week — taking time to find calm, presence, and space as the Christmas busyness begins to build.
