Hastings Health and Support are currently looking for a support worker to join our team in supporting a wonderful client in the Port Macquarie area.

The client has requested a support worker who:
• Is in their 30’s or 40’s
• Is at least 5’11” tall
• Has an SUV-sized vehicle suitable for community access

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has life or professional experience in disability support
• Qualifications are preferred (though not essential for the right person)
• Is reliable, caring and confident supporting independence
• Enjoys working both in-home and in the community

About the role:
• Weekday day shifts
• Consistent roster
• Immediate start available
• Work as part of a supportive team environment

What we offer:
• Above award wages for applicants with fitting experience and qualifications
• 12% superannuation
• Consistent roster
• Supportive management that understands frontline work
• In-house training
