Life can get a little busy and before you know it you have been put on the back burner and the body starts to slowly shut down. Muscle soreness and stiffness comes back, the mind is quite stressed from the stresses of work, family and life.

Sports massage helps speed up recovery as it increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, it helps eliminate the waste products produced from your training session and also helps to increase flexibility by massaging tense muscles and therefore helps to reduce injury.
