|| Exciting announcement || I am moving 🚚 to a new clinic location ||

I thought I honour this special occasion with a video message but for anyone who prefers to read – it is my last day today in this clinic room, it nearly feels surreal despite having planned for this for the last couple of months.

I am excited about the move, yet I am also a little wistful as this room has served me, my business, and importantly, my clients, so well over the last 7 years 🙏

Now in my 10th year in business, it is time for a change 🧡

|| How often do you change yourself....

🔸️ to fit in or to fit your illusion of what others think of you?
🔸️ to be who you think you ought to be to fulfill your own expectations of yourself?

|| And how often do you hold back expressing what you think, feel or need?

☝️ It’s astounding how (subconscious) programs, (limiting) beliefs, (false) perceptions or conditioning can run who/ how we are, what we say (or not) and contribute to the masks/facades we’ve created e.g. with certain people or in specific circumstances (covering up or hiding our true essence and expression).

>>>> Sometimes we are aware, and oftentimes, we are not.

👉 Does this sound familiar to you?

🔸️Peeling back these layers is powerful and empowering (and yes, also challenging at times)

🔸️ I love doing this type of work with my clients and supporting them to feel comfortable and confident in who they are, no matter what 🧡

As always, awareness is key 🔑

I spent my Valentine’s Day with my clients and wouldn’t have it any other way, alas I’m a little late for the official Valentine’s Greeting however, the key message, I believe, is worth holding in our awareness every day 🙏💛 🌻

|| Who is in need of strength & support 🙋‍♀️?

I don’t know about you, but this year started with a bang for me, not necessarily in a positive sense 🙄

I’ve been presented with some intense physical and emotional challenges that made it darn tricky to maintain my equilibrium, especially mentally. It feels like there is so much going on at the moment, not just for me, but also for clients, friends, and more broadly, in the world ❤️‍🩹

👉 There are many ways we can support ourselves – what works for you?

I find it helpful to work with affirmations and mantras, in combination with breathing and grounding practices 👣

🔸️Affirmations are a simple yet effective tool to consciously connect with how we want to think, feel and be

🔸️ Affirmations are a great way to untangle and reset ourselves

🔸️Similar to exercising our body and activating our muscles, affirmations activate our mind and energy
