Good news! We’ve decided to make our Recharge Sundays event WEEKLY! Meaning every Sunday you can come to Roto House and enjoy free live music and yoga, sound healing, qi-gong, or other wellness classes by donation!

This Sunday we have wonderful Sound Meditation with from 10am (BYO MAT OR TOWELL)

Followed by Elisabeth Jurans on the piano from 11am! 🎹
Lissie will play serene classical, traditional jazz/swing/latin jazz and well known classics as well as some Latvian folk music.

We had a wonderful time travelling up the east coast during the month of January. ❤️‍🔥

Van life is something that I could see for myself long term, unfortunately Charlotte didn’t love it as much as me. She has learnt that she values privacy, personal space and the feeling of safety. 🚐🎶

We spent most of our time away in hotels which was expensive.. 💸 So; I’m back for the month of February for a run at work 🦸🏼‍♀️ and Kundalini yoga classes are back too 🎶🧘🏼‍♀️🐍

Online delivery and due to the random and long hours I’ll be doing as a shift worker the classes are random times too!
