Happy Easter Long Weekend 🐰

I actually have tomorrow off — a rare Sunday for me — and I’m really looking forward to switching off and refuelling 💚

Even though it looks like it’s going to rain here and there, I shall remain unperturbed — Misty 🐾 & I will still make our way to the beach, dodging showers (or not lol) as we go ☔️

👉 What are your plans for the long weekend?

🔸️I’m taking things in my own flow — a little housework, time with friends, and of course plenty of moments with Misty.

🔸️Beach walks, playtime in the sand, some exercise, reading, and a few grounding meditations are all on my list.

🌊 My favourite spot 💙

With a later start in the clinic today, I took myself down to the beach for a little grounding meditation 🧘‍♀️

👉 There’s nothing better for me than sitting with the sound of the waves, feeling the breeze, and sipping a coffee — it’s my reset button ☕️⛱️

If you read last night’s post, you’ll know I’ve been noticing a theme this week — in my clients and in myself — a particular kind of tiredness. Not the “I didn’t sleep well” kind, but that deeper, heavier feeling. If that resonates, you might like to take a look.

🔸️Regardless of where you’re at today, weaving a grounding moment into your day is incredibly supportive.

🔸️And if you can’t make it to the beach or out into nature, remember: the mind is a powerful tool. You can imagine yourself there and your system will respond.

|| Often there’s a theme that runs through my sessions, and this week it’s been a very particular kind of tiredness.

👉 Not the “I didn’t sleep well” kind, but a deeper sense of feeling flat — low drive, low motivation, a bit stagnant, almost like the system is moving through mud.

👉 It’s that feeling where you’re not exhausted, but you’re not energised either. Just… dulled. Heavy.

👉 I’ve felt a touch of this too, so if this resonates with you, you’re not alone 🧡
 
🔸️ What I’m noticing underneath this for many people is a system that seems under‑fuelled — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

🔸️ When the body doesn’t have enough nourishment or support, it can’t create momentum, and everything starts to feel harder than it should.

🔸️So a gentle reminder:
Make sure you’re giving your system what it needs
✅️ Nutritious food
✅️ Hydration
✅️ Rest or gentle movement
✅️ Small moments of grounding
.. and anything that helps you feel more resourced 🙏

It’s amazing how much shifts when we look after the basics ✨️

In need of a little cheerfulness?

I don’t know about you, but some of my clients — and me, too — have been feeling a little flat lately. Low energy, a bit disheartened, not quite ourselves.

Of course, there are always personal reasons behind these dips, yet there are also environmental and energetic factors at play right now.

Between the current humidity and heat, the blood moon lunar eclipse 🌙🌔 earlier this week, and the general heaviness in the world at the moment, it’s no wonder many of us are feeling a little more sensitive or flat 😐

👉 So I thought: what better way to lighten the mood than sharing a moment of pure joy?

Now a little bigger (and a lot cheekier!), completely in her element with her rope toy 🧡

Many of you have been checking in to see how she’s going, and I’m happy to report she has now proudly graduated from puppy school 🏅🐾🏫

This little whirlwind has turned my world upside down in the best possible way. Yes, I’ve had to adjust my routines to meet her needs… but she’s also helped me in ways I didn’t expect 🙏

👉 Here are a few things she’s been teaching me lately:

✅️ Get out of my head and into my heart

✅️ Slow down and be present

✅️ Take a load off, have a laugh, be more playful

✅️ Lighten up and stop taking things so seriously

✅️ Let go of what’s outside of my control

✅️ Focus on and appreciate what’s going well

✅️ Remember that a little love — especially self‑love — goes a long way 💚

🙋‍♀️ Maybe you needed this reminder today too - a moment of softness, a breath out, a reason to smile 😀

The Yin-Water Snake year with its slow, introspective energy is shifting to a faster, outward, and action‑driven focus.

Over the last six weeks, I’ve been working closely with clients to honour the final phase of Snake energy — shedding, releasing, and clearing what needed to go — and preparing them for the arrival of the Fire Horse, which:
