This is one of my favourite techniques to give and receive💜

Noel's Mind Clearing is a mind relaxing technique. It is often used at the beginning of the session to slow the mind chatter so that you can fully relax for the other techniques we may use on you. It is also a fantastic tool to use on it's own.
When the practitioner puts their hands on your chin like in the picture, it feels like a warm hug. It is such a wonderful feeling and I highly recommend that you get a chance to experience it.
