WEmpower currently has two vacancies available in a High Physical Support (HPS) Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property located in Port Macquarie, NSW.

The property is a 2-bedroom SDA home with Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) and has been purpose-built to support participants with high physical support needs, while promoting independence, safety, and community participation.

Property features include:
• High Physical Support (HPS) SDA design
• 2-bedroom home with Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA)
• Modern, fully accessible living spaces
• Support available to assist with daily living and individual goals
• Convenient Port Macquarie location close to local amenities

Samantha provides gentle, person-centred clinical care, including:
