What a nightmare. Thank you for your patience when we had a major NBN problem that went for over a week. Talk about first world problems! Without NBN we had no phone, no Eftpos, no access to our appointment systems…….
The back up system was extremely slow but it got us through.
I need to shout out to C2A our internet service providers for going above and beyond to get us through, providing us with a temporary phone and data, continuously communicating with NBN which for most of the week was like talking to a wall.
Thank you to our amazing staff Miranda and Dayna for handling it so well and using their private phones to call patients when mine wasn’t available.
Hopefully we don’t have to go through this again for a long time.

What a fun week we have all had. We were very sad that James couldn’t make it at the last minute, due to his wife breaking her wrist and needing surgery in the week of the cruise….. We missed you! We are safely back home and I’m sure we will be talking about it at work for a while! Back into it tomorrow!!!!
