Kalei is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who supports people living with chronic conditions, injuries, neurological and mobility challenges. She’s passionate about helping clients build strength, move with confidence, and work towards meaningful goals . Whether that’s reducing pain, achieving personal fitness goals or staying independent at home.

Kalei is now available for appointments across our Lake Innes and Wauchope practices.

Always learning, always levelling up 📚

Our physios Dylan and Taylah travelled to Armidale to attend a specialised knee course run by leading knee physiotherapist Dr Jane Rooney.

🦵The course covered the latest in managing ACL, meniscal and chondral injuries, along with up-to-date approaches to knee osteoarthritis.

Dylan even had the chance to sit down with Dr Rooney to discuss ACL cross-bracing, a growing area of interest in non-surgical ACL management.

Tony and Dylan recently completed a vestibular rehabilitation course with Senior Vestibular & Neurological Physiotherapist, Vanessa Simpson.

They’re now even better equipped to assess, diagnose and manage dizziness-related conditions, including BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) and other vestibular disorders.
