How do you have weekly team meetings when you have staff across 2 centres? Online of course ☺️

For the past 12 months we have been having our weekly catch ups online so we can keep both Port Macquarie and Wauchope locations fully staffed. We cover case studies, office procedures and updates to schedules. This helps to keep everyone on the same page and ensure consistency with patient care .

These catchups are important not only for the day to day running but also to celebrate the great team we have at Chiropractic Centre

See you soon at one of our locations.👋

Back to School Backpacks

Heavy or poorly fitted backpacks can strain growing spines. A good rule? The bag should weigh no more than 10-15% of your child's body weight and sit high on the back with two straps worn.

Chiropractic check-ups help monitor posture, spinal balance and early strain during growth years. Start the school year strong with support from Dr Melinda Burke at Chiropractic Centre

Summer Sleep Tips - Dr Mel Talks

Warm nights can disrupt sleep, increasing tension throughout the body. Use a supportive pillow, keep your room cool, and maintain consistent sleep habits.

Gentle stretching before bed can ease neck and shoulder stiffness, supporting deeper rest. Better sleep improves energy, mood, and spinal recovery.
