A huge thankyou to Denis Juelicher, Sarah Kearney and Kristie Hawkins for giving their time to teach the majority of my classes during my absence these past weeks.
As we approach the very busy Christmas Season, please join me in adding a little calmness to your life as we reflect on the past year.

YIN BY CANDLELIGHT CLASS!
After a month off, during these cold winter nights, the Monday night Yin class will be back from Monday 4th August at 5.30pm.
The first class will be a
YIN BY CANDLELIGHT CLASS!
Please remember to dress warmly!!!!!

A reminder that the 5-30pm class will be cancelled for the next four Mondays,
7th 14th 21st and 28th July.
All other classes are as usual. The Monday 5-30pm class will resume on Monday 4th August with a Yin by Candlelight class.

During these cold winter nights, I have decided to cancel the Monday 5-30pm class for FOUR weeks. 7th 14th 21st & 28th July.We will resume on MONDAY 4th AUGUST with a YIN BY CANDLELIGHT CLASS.
