Hi All,
It’s almost winter, which means I am running my Winter Walking Program again.
It’s a great way to enjoy exercise in winter and see the beautiful coast of Port Macquarie, we often see some whales. This is a progressive walking program with the end goal to walk the whole 9km coastal track of Port Macquarie.
Dates are: Sundays 10am starting 26th June to 31st July (7th Aug is a wet weather back up).
Price is: $75
You get a gait assessment, shoe assessment, injury management advice, stretches, hydration and nutrition advice. I plan a different section to walk each week, with us waking the whole 9km on the last day.

For the month of March, MuscleFunction has been collecting women’s sanitary and incontinence products for the Share the Dignity Charity.
The products go to women and teens that cannot afford them, Share the Dignity have the awesome goal of ending period poverty.
