We’re mixing things up… and you’re going to LOVE it.

From now on, your session will be split into two powerful halves:
💪 Half Pilates or strength work (to build control, stability and confidence)
🏊‍♀️ Half coached swim session (to build endurance, technique and consistency)

It’s the best of both worlds — strength + cardio.

And the best part? It completely removes the “weather excuse.” Windy, hot, drizzly… it doesn’t matter. You show up, you train, you build routine. Simple.
