Adults Supporting a Young Person - join our free online group chat tonight,
Wed 4 February from 6.30 - 9.45pm AEDT (join or leave at any time), to connect with other adults, share experiences, and explore strategies to support your young person while caring for your own wellbeing and role as a carer.

Young people often experience big transitions: moving to high school, finishing school, leaving home, starting work or study, travelling, navigating new or challenging friendships. These changes can feel exciting and full of potential, but also overwhelming and stressful. The topics and tools in this session can assist with these challenges.

📣 FREE education sessions now available!!
headspace Port Macquarie is offering FREE Screen Addiction & Gambling Harm Education for:
🏫 Schools
🏀 Sports clubs
🌱 Community groups

These sessions are evidence-based, engaging, and designed to help young people better understand screen use, gaming, and gambling — and how to stay safe.

Here is a recent testimonial :
‘headspace presented a series of engaging, fun, and highly informative sessions to students across years 7- 12. They provided clear and relevant insights into the science behind screen addiction and how it can easily lead into gambling addiction. Their engaging approach made complex topics accessible for students and their presentation sparked important conversations, encouraging both students and staff to reflect on their own digital habits and wellbeing. We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and expertise.’
