Gentle yoga class suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. This is a popular class with locals and tourists - the perfect start to the day in one of Port Macquarie's most beautiful spots.

Yes! Beach Yoga is going daily! You can now join us for a yoga class at Town Beach (under the trees, near the lifeguards) at 8 am every day until 18 January. This is a lovely start to the day for anyone, including complete beginners, in one of the most beautiful locations in town. BYO mat or large beach towel. Cost:$18 (cash or card). No booking required. No class on Christmas Day.
